Services

Presence, support, and gentle guidance at every stage

Each service is shaped around your unique needs. There is no fixed script, no checklist, no timeline. Only presence — offered with care and without judgment.

Whether you are approaching your own end of life, caring for someone you love, or navigating grief, I am here to walk alongside you — at whatever pace feels right.

Honoring Each Journey

No two journeys through dying are the same. I offer support that is shaped entirely around the individual and their family — tailored to your needs, your pace, and your values. This includes end-of-life planning guidance and advance directive support (offered as a compassionate guide, not a legal advisor), as well as gentle education about the dying process so that what lies ahead feels less unknown.

The Compass

An Inner Guide for Direction, Meaning, and Sacred Care — a companion to a Health Care Directive, Living Will, or Advance Care Plan.

The Compass is a reflective companion document designed to accompany a Health Care Directive, Living Will, or Advance Care Plan. While legal documents communicate medical wishes and decision-making authority, The Compass offers space to express the values, beliefs, relationships, and sources of meaning that inform those wishes. It is intended to provide guidance to loved ones, health care agents, caregivers, and medical professionals so they may better understand not only the decisions you have made, but also the heart behind them.

Witnessing & Legacy

To be truly heard is itself a form of care. Through deep listening and guided conversation, I help individuals give voice to the stories, memories, and meanings that have shaped their lives — not to summarize a life, but to honor it.

Together we may explore life review and storytelling, the crafting of legacy letters to those you love, and creative reflection in whatever form feels right — so that something living and true may be left behind.

Family & Caregiver Guidance

Caring for a dying loved one is one of the most profound and exhausting experiences a person can have. I offer practical support, emotional holding, and gentle guidance to help families navigate what is often unfamiliar and frightening territory.

You do not need to have the right words or know what to do. I will help you find your footing, one step at a time, and remind you that love itself is enough.

Sacred Transition & Integration

I sit with the dying and their families during the active dying process — offering calm, steady presence so that no one has to face those final hours alone.

I support families in creating a peaceful, intentional environment during this sacred time — holding space for whatever arises with openness and care.

Steady Presence

Grief does not end when the funeral ends. I offer ongoing bereavement support (not therapy) to individuals and families in the weeks and months following a death.

Walking alongside you as you find your footing in a changed world — at your own pace, in your own time, without judgment or agenda.
